• The Gap membership is issued by F J Benjamin Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. and may be used at any Gap, GapKids or babyGap store in Malaysia only
• You can check your up-to-date accumulative purchase amount at any Gap, GapKids or babyGap outlet in Malaysia
• The Gap membership is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification
• Renewal of annual membership is applicable only for members who have an accumulative minimum purchase amount of RM1,500 within the same membership year
• Membership privileges are not applicable at babyGap Isetan and other departmental stores
• The minimum purchase condition to qualify as a member is valid with purchases of normal-priced merchandise only. It is not valid with purchases of discounted or sale items
• The Gap membership is non transferable
• The accumulative purchase tracking feature is strictly tracked within 6 months from the day of application. No extension is allowed
• F J Benjamin Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
