1. How do I become a Gap member?
   You qualify as a Gap member when you have a minimum purchase of RM700 within a single receipt. Just simply sign up at the point of purchase at any Gap store or online.
2. Can I accumulate my spending to reach the RM700 qualifying amount?
   Yes, you can. You can sign up for Accumulative purchase tracking where we will help you track your purchases for 6 months. When your accumulative purchase amount reaches the RM700 qualifying amount, you will automatically qualify as a Gap member and be entitled to membership privileges.
3. What is this PIN number?
   Gap membership is unique in that we do not issue any cards for your ease and convenience. You just need a PIN number for us to log in your purchases. The PIN number is by default your 10-digit mobile number for Malaysians. For foreigners, you are allowed to select a 8-digit PIN number of your preferred combination.

   Just spend a minimum of RM1,500 in your membership year, and your membership will be automatically renewed.

   Please personally drop in any of the Gap stores in Malaysia to retrieve your PIN number.
7. How do I update my personal information?
   You may update your personal information by dropping an email to Gapinfo@fjbenjamin.com.my
8. I am a tourist. Can I apply for the Gap membership?
   Yes, you may apply for the Gap membership even if you are a tourist. You may use your mobile no., not exceeding 10-digit for registration.
9. Can I use my Gap membership in other countries?
   No, Gap membership is currently only applicable in Malaysia. Please note that the Gap membership is also not applicable to online retail sales at Gap.com.
